Where is the BASKIARAN school located?
Our school is located in the Baqueira Beret ski resort (Val d’Aran). We will indicate the exact meeting point when you confirm your booking, depending on the type of class and the student’s level.
How can I book a class?
You can make your reservation through our website www.baskiaran.com by writing to info@baskiaran.com or by phone. To guarantee your place, we recommend booking at least one week in advance during peak season.
What types of classes do you offer?
– Private and group alpine skiing and snowboarding lessons.
– Multi-day courses for children, adults, or groups.
– Team-building activities and snow training for companies and cooperatives.
What skiing levels do you accept?
– Beginner: For those skiing for the first time.
– Intermediate: For those already skiing blue runs with confidence.
– Advanced: For technical refinement, off-piste skiing, or carving.
What should I bring to class?
Waterproof outerwear, gloves, sunglasses or goggles, helmet (mandatory for those under 18), and sunscreen. If you don’t have your own ski equipment, we can help you arrange it through our partner shops in Baqueira.
Is the ski pass included in the price?
No, the ski pass is not included. It must be purchased separately from official Baqueira Beret sales points. We can advise you on the best option based on your skiing level and class.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the ski resort closes due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule the class at no additional cost.
What is the minimum age to learn to ski?
Children as young as four can start classes specifically designed for their age. There’s no age limit for adult classes—just a desire to learn and have fun!
Can I book group classes with friends or family?
Yes. We organize private lessons for family or friend groups, provided they have similar skiing levels. We also offer customized programs for companies and school groups.
Do you offer classes in other languages?
Yes, our instructors teach in Spanish, Basque, and English. (Please indicate your preference when booking so we can assign you the appropriate instructor.)
What happens if I arrive late to a class?
Time lost due to lateness cannot be recovered or compensated, as instructors’ schedules are planned in advance.
How can I cancel or modify a reservation?

Do you offer material rental?
Not directly, but we work with partner shops in Baqueira that offer special prices for our students. We’ll help you arrange it easily.
Can I combine ski lessons with other activities?
Yes. We offer programs that combine snowshoeing, orienteering, group activities, and mountain training workshops, ideal for companies or groups.
